Bad Net Connection

I am having BSNL 500C plan of dataone intenet connection. The connection is giving very problem. It is disconnectiong always without any reason. it is problem to reconnect always. iam losing importanat data due to this problem. While dowloading a file it is suddenly disconnecting and the download stops. i have to reconnect and start from beginning. so please check this problem for me.
