Data one password not told

I got internet connection on 24th december. but till now i do not even know my password! i have been constantly calling their office but they keep telling me to call 15oo from where i got another no. 18004241600. when i selected the option of customer survice they tell me to keep on waiting (hold on) even sometimes for half an hour. still no response.

1 month over & i still dont know my password!!
