Myself nishant kumar from patna bihar.my no.is 0612-2214029. i have taken broadband connection with home 500 plan.it was automatically changed to home 250 plan from 1st june.i submitted an application regarding the issue and after much running across it has been corrected. but now i have received a bill for the said duration which is according to some other plan. i am fed up of saying 'sir sir'' to them. kindly help
