Oadband trouble

My broadband from past 15 days [half a month] is showin problem regardin connectivity, link fluctuation and once connected gets disconnected evenly after few minutes and to make it work again i have to switch modem on and off again and agin after every 2-5 mins.

I called SDO but even after a week callin him regulary daily my net is not working properly. MR SDO adviced me to change the modem and i did it but then also my problem remains as it is. Its not that the SDO is not taking pain for the complaint correction but so far he not able to identify the problem only i mean thats is something very strange!!

I hope the problem gets solved as soon a possible
