I am using broadband, plan 750 home, on my telephone number 0135-2645454. The download speed is between 15-25 KB/s. I have lodged written complaint about five weeks back but have failed to get a satisfactory reply from the authorities. I have spoken on telephone to the SDO of turner road exchange under whose jurisdiction my area falls and even he has not given any suitable reply on the complaint.
