Recharge vouchar no.11202004046352, recharge on 10.01. but it is fail to rechargre. I call to customer care services 19 times, bur they gave different-different answers.

BSNL recharge vouchar fail to to mobole phone, I lost Rs.50000/-

to Rs.60000/- commission. I wesn out of station on 13.01.08

I purcchase another recharge vouchar and recharge my phone.

It is very poor service, not answering properly and guide well.

because i lost my Rs.50000/- to 60000/-
