Land phone- not working

My land phone No.2761183 has not been working since 17/10.But even after repeated complaints there is no response from Telephone Exchange, Kolencherry, Eranakulam. The pity is that so far they have not even made a single attempt to identify the problem. There is total callousness from the part of the authorities.
