Non activation of my mobile no.9443382896

I had been submit my application to Erode BSNL to change the post paid service to prepard service for my mobile No.9443382896 on last 24/01/09, friday morning 10.00am. They were disconnect my mobile from network service immediately. But, still now (28/01/09) wednesday evening, they are not activating my mobile phone. Since last 6 days regularly i am complainting to Erode BSNL office to activate my mobile phone. But, no reaction from there. Due to non functioning of my BSNL mobile phone, i am unable to do my business. What is the solution to me?
