Server is too slow

Hi

myself Lakhi Prava Hazarika.

I have BSNL EV-DO DATA CARD.

This Internet Server is too slow from last week. I have so many official work but i didnot do this cause internet server is too slow. this Internet monthly cost worth Rs: 800.00. I paid very month but i didnot get fast server always get slow server why? I get this connection i wiil do well but cannot do well.

So

i request that kindly solve the problem soon.
