BSNL Excel Anant connection
Deduction of amount from my account

Dear Sir

I have an Excel Anant connection. The validity of my recharge coupon was 30.10.08. I forgot to recharge within the expiry date. When I ased for the balance amount in my credit on 01.11.08 morning, I received a message saying that my balance is zero. As I know that there is a grace period of 7 (seven) days after expiry of validity, the message surprised me a lot.

I, therefore like to know the exact rule in this regard. If the rule permits, please return the amount deducted from my account
