No network

I am ashish kumar from Haryana (Hisar) and at that time i am in durgapur city location bhiringi and my numher is 09466558787 and it does not work here it shows no network coverage and i have gone bsnl customer care center but they said we dont know about it and we cant help it. please solve my problem.
