RECEIVING MESSAGES AFTER DND REG

I have sent a message for start DND on 1909 on 20/12. After that I received a call from the customer care for confirmation and they assured that the Do Not Call & SMS willbe activated in two days.

But after that also I am receiving the messages from 57272. Although the frequency of the messages was 2 to 3 per day and now it is 1 message daily but still it has not completely stopped.

Please check for the same and ou should also charge penalty to the operator sending the message.
