Non working of gprs / internet throw laptop

I am a bsnl / excel costmer (mob. no.9410375618) in dehradun circil prsent in u.s.nagar. I have a multimedia handset (nokia 5310). But gprs / internet throw laptop are not working yet mobile wap are working. I am try many times but not success. Tell me how can solved this problem?
