Receiving missed calls

Sir,
I am a consumer of BSNL Excel prepaid service for last 5 years. From last 15-20 days I am receiving short but missed calls from one mobile number 0940134813. It has now almost become a rioutine affair to receive such missed calls everyday. It has become very painful to receive such missed calls. Please help.
