BSNL EXCEL PRE PAID MOBILE
Deduction of Money (Balance)

On 2nd Oct morning i had done Top Up on my BSNL Excel Pre Paid Mobile of Rs 55. After that i had done two to three calls, my remaining balance is near about Rs.45. After that i not made any call, But on 3rd Oct. morning i tried to call but message coming that ''Because of Unsufficent Balance You can not made this Call'' WHY MY BALANCE IS DEDUCT? & HOW CAN I GET MY BALANCE REFUND?
