BSNL EXCEL PREPAID SERVICE
NO NETWORK COVERAGE

Sir,

I am a regular customer of BSNL EXCEL PREPAID service since last 05 & half years. Now, I am facing no network coverage since last 05 days. My Mobile no. is 9416265670 & I am residing in Hissar, Haryana (Area – Urban Estate – II). I am particularly facing this problem, though other people in my area having no problem of network coverage. I have tried myself to solve this problem (going in SETTING menu &-gt; PHONE SETTING &-gt; NETWORK SELECTION &-gt; MANUAL SELECTION &-gt; BSNL SERVICE), but the reply is NO ACCESS NETWORK COVERAGE. Also I have talked with customer care service, but no solution yet to be provided. Please do the needful soon, because I am facing lots of problem in my day to day life.
