BSNL GPRS
Not getting GPRS for last 8 days

With due regard I like to state, I am having BSNL GPRS (postpaid) connection for last 3 years.
Originally the connection from Agartala, Tripura, right now at Manipur. GPRS connection is not available for last 8 days. After enquiry, it is found that in Imphal, Manipur, the server has been changed to Erricson and now it should be OK, if the problem still persists, Imphal people don’t have anything to do. But still not getting the GPRS. The parrotic Customer care could not help….still I have gone through all the means they adviced. The customer care sent my complain to concerned authority (no. 3469951). But still no result. The problem with BSNL is that, they pretend to take care of customers, but actually they don’t. And no phone number or email ID is available to contact the higher authorities of BSNL east GPRS. My question, whom and how to contact to solve the problem? Why BSNL do not like to take any action after repeated complain and no feedback to customer? Why I shall pay the whole monthly subscription for GPRS, while not getting the service for whole month? Why BSNL do not take any action to improve customer care?
