Snl gprs settings not sent

I have sent sms for gprs settings some 20 times in 7days, recharged with Rs 99 voucher for gprs 7days back, talked to customer care (in the process i have memorized all the recent schemes) some 25 times and ever talked to GM BSNL orissa Mr U.S.Panda and his associate Mr Bibhas (9437052400) as many times. Each time same reply.we will send the settings soon. If this is the attitude towards a govt.doctor who needs internet for disease surveillance etc. imagine the plight of the layman.the company should be dissolved if such attitude is shown at the highest level.
