Cant connect with laptop

I m fucking pissed off man.thier sever is down.i can access internet on my phone with wapnorth.cellone.in but on my laptop i cant because thier setting of gprsnorth.cellone.in cant connect error 734.fuuuuuuuuck bsnl.it was working fine for one month.when i call them oh god they finally pick up phone after 20 minutes and say the fucking old crap that my setting is not correct.i tried this on my friends phone too.thier fucking gprsnorth.cellone.in access point is not working.thier server is down.they said select bsnl network and turn off phone for 15 minutes.what the fuck is this.fuck bsnl morons fucking faggots. I KNOW THE SETTINGS ITS THIER SERVER THATS NOT WORKING!!! FUCK BSNL AND THIER FUCKING CUSTOMER CARE IDIOTS.I WANT TO FUCK THIER TECHNICAL STAFF (I DOUBT IF THEY HAVE ONE LOL) SOOOOO BAD!!! I AM MAD INTERNET IS NOT WORKING FROM 2 DAYS NOW.also one more thing it disconnects too much and each time it shows balance with tune.i m sick of it.damn BSNL AND THIER FUCKING RETARD CUSTOMER CARE!!!
