Snl gprs service is fault in Rajasthan's village areas

Dear Sir

I have recharged BSNL's Rs. 230 GPRS PACK . but I want to inform you that bsnl's gprs service is always on hold in LOSAL, SIKAR (RAJASTHAN) and other village areas.

So please solve this problem.
