BSNL/ GPRS SERVICES "PLAN 199"
NOT WORKING GPRS ON CELLONE

DEAR SIR,

Respectfullly I state that I had Put an request through SMS for Activating GPRS (plan 199) which had been activated also on 17/02.But, till today also I Haven't been able to use the GPRS facility on My Mobile 94251 58979 ad in these 20 days I had made a several complaint, every time I had given a new complaint Number and a promise to solve my problem in 24 hours but, it haven't been solved till yet.

NOW I HAD GIVEN WRITTEN COMPLAINT TODAY TO CUSTOMER CARE, KATNI.

I REQUEST YOU PLS. ARRANGE FOR SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
