BSNL Gujarat online bill payment over payment
Overpayment of Bill for Dec.2008

I had made online billpayment to BSNL Gujarat cirle through their portal for the month of Dec.2008 for Rs.1778/- three times as the payment was not sucessful on two occasins. However my account has been debited Rs.1778/- for three times i.e Rs.5334/- though it should have been only Rs.1778/-.

Now I have recieved new bill for the month of Jan where the excess amount paid i.e. Rs.3556/- is not credited. This payment was made by ICICI Bank through INDIAIDEAS.COM. On enquiry from the bank it was clarified that payemnt has been done Rs.5334/- to BSNL Gujarat Circle.

Requested to take up the matter and reverse the excess payment made for Rs.3556/- to my a/c.or adjusted in Jan bill.
