Efund of connection

Sir, I booked a BSNL land line connection at DLF qutub enclave Q4/1 on

20/07/89 vide demand note no. P 12/09532/grg.for Rs.800 and I

surrendered all my original documents at your office on 19/06.for

refund of my Rs.800. and a copy of these documents also sent to Sh. Om

Prakash Ji at Gurgaon BSNL Office. After a call received by u to me in the

month of September and assured me for the refund, Now I want to know

the status of my grievance. Recently I received a call from your office

by tele.no.2060650 but all efforts are useless. So I request u to look

into the matter as early as possible.
