Phone no.01334-252713 is not working

My phone no. 01334-252713 is not working from more then 03 month, in this regard when i lodge complaint through telephone sometime it give response and somtimes it does not work, please give the reason why my telephone is not working properly and also returm my telephone rent for above period.
