BSNL LAND LINE NO.0433-224111 NAME H.S. THRILOK. NAME TRANSFER TO SRI.H.R. SRINIVASAN

With reference to the above, application in duplicate submitted on stamp papers and is attested by notary public on several

papers and submitted to Hosur customer service cell BSNL Main office on 8-7-09. I esquired bsnl Dharmapuri several times

till date they told not received the said application, Hosur bsnl staff told they send it on 9-7-09. Hosur bsnl office staff is not

taken steps to follow up & do transfer, they are telling, it will take 3-4 months time to transfer the same, the concern lady clerk

is not available in upto 10.15 am on several occasion during my visit, since here I cannot taken leave often to visit in person

I am working in VIJAYA BANK, HOSUR, working in cash department. Twice I contacted over phone bsnl customer service

section officer Mr. Seshadri, he is also not taken any steps. I spend much on stamp papers, typing charges, notary public

signature charges etc., etc.,

Sir, Please let me know whom should I contact for doing the needful i.e. transfer from H.S.Thrilok to H.R.SRINIVASAN,

in the same address itself. (son name to father name, in the same address). I am using bsnl telephone in many places

for the past 30 years, Hosur office is very poor service in customer service cell. Many people are surrdender bsnl phone

why do you know? I like bsnl because I am also in Govt. service.
