New connection not yet done

Hi,

Its been a more than a month i have book new phone connection from BSNL tolichowki hyderabad on 28-Aug reason for getting is for Internet.

But till date no response form BSNL, i have taken some how the concern JE cell number from BSNL for my area mehidipatnam but he is least bother as give some reason also act smart by not recieving if call repeat from the same number always giving reason there is lack of cable that is not issued and alloted from BSNL or there are hundered complaint are still pending why i bother for the new one, I have requested as my office meeting at late night please help me to get it such that it will be good to attend from home.

It surprise me BSNL spent cores of money in Advertisement in differnt channels can they get simple cables for connection.

Please help me to send this complaint to the concern department
