Shifiting of phone

Sir,

This is with shifting of my phone from lunger house to Hydershakote. The order nois HSKT2677. The shifting is not be done even 2 months passed. I gave a online complaint on bsnl site. the protal no for the complaint is 02007330810170009 i got a reply saying that my new number is 24190565 and they give me the contact no of a person. when i called him he gave me number of other person. When i contact the rajendra nagar bsnl office he told that there is problem of cable in hydershakote and asked to change the landline phone to will phone. so i gave a application for conversion of landline phone to will phone. Even after 20 days of submitting the application the shifting has not been done yet. I contact mr krishnamurthy 9490450716 of rajendranagar and mr mahendra singh 29027131 of hydershakote, every time they till that it will be done within 1 day. It is almost 2 months my phone has not been shifted. I request the concerend authorties to look into this matter and help me to get my telephone shifted.
