Hello i m pranav pathak. I am totally dissatisfied by the billing system of bsnl gwalior.i had applied for the incoming in my telephone 2 months ago, even after that i got an unexpected bill of rs. 844this time.since we have one way im landline.ie. only incoming.how can i make any call from my landline? what is the basis of this bill.my landline no. is 07512482617.bill no. is. T040720081708166.kindly look into this matter as soon as possiblem.thanking you!
