Bsnl iptv
Poor quality of iptv

I have taken the bsnl iptv on 12th july. After two days it is not working properly. I have made calls to them more than 50 times but now also it is not working properly. In the night its quality is very poor as it show pixcels. In every 5 minutes it shows waiting signal.

I have complaint them so many times but nothing has happened. Complaint numbers are 09081400076, 09073001192, 09072300151, 090718001299.

please help me in the above matter.
