Eceived less balance on easy recharge

D/sir,

on 09/11 at 07:55:19, i recharged my mobile no 91-9431529814 through easy recharge (pre- paid) for Rs.500/- i.e. Rs. 550/- including service tax. i got the message that i'd received prepaid credit of Rs. 550/- from no. 115747 on 09/11 at07:55:19; ref. no. 271679215.

but actual balance came was Rs. 400/- only. how come? i talked 3-4 times with customer care but their reply was unsatisfactory and vague.
