Landline not working

My telephone No.0251-2353638. Last 5 days my phone is not working. I had booked the complaint & talked the officers also.

The message is coming that "THIS TELEPHONE IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE". My bills are paid through ECS, so there is no question of bill due!
