Discount not given for closed period

my ph.no.0251-2360167 & 0251-2360857 was totally dead from 23/10/09 to 06/11/09 .

I made complaint regading this. At that time BSNL officer told they will arrange discount for this closed period. But in bill of Nov.09 have no any rebatin bill.

I have Broad Band connection on both line

Kindly arrange for disscount for that period
