Not grant 20%rebate on broadband (usages&rental) for govt.employees application dt 22/12

Sir,

i am broadband user (ph. 0512-2260044).i had applied for 20% discount on usage&rental on dated 22/12.i have contacted to sdo lajpatnagar&computer section mallroad, kanpur&also e mail to bsnl G.M kanpur for the same matter but till date i have not got any reply or result.

so, please grant me 20%rebate on broadband usages &rental from the date of application.
