BSNL kerala, trivandrum, attingal
Fifteen land phones (including my phone) are not working from 30-5

Dear Sir,

1. I am a regular user of “BSNL land phone” in kerala (trivandrumAttingal exchange) (Tel no: 0470 2624831). From the month of APRIL 08 I regularly complained to BSNL Attingal about my telephone fault. From 29-5 the phone is not working, from to still there is no repair is done. So I need your kind help.

Below details are my complaint numbers in telephone exchange and BSNL public grievance cell form April.

2. And another complaint is; from 30-05 almost 15 land phone numbers were not working under this telephone exchange. Many times complained to JTO and SDO about this matter still they were not repaired yet. Here I have noted some faulty telephone numbers which are not working from 30-05-08 and they are 0470-2627280; 0470-2623523; 0470-2627047; 0470-2625187; 0470-2624831.So i request your kind cooparation against this matter.
