BSNL / land line and Broad Band
Land line out of order for most of the time & careless attitude towards customers

Dear Sir,

I stay in DRDO Phase II, I have land line connection since past three months. Most of the time the connection is out of order. They can verify the veracity of my grievance with number of complaints I registered with them. Moreover they takes more that 12 to 15 hrs for the repair. Recently (24-04) I gave request for the broad band connection. Even today (20-05) the connection is not established. I went and collected the Modem personally from the lineman on 16-05. But the DSL connection is not yet provided. I tried to call the concerned officials but nobody picks up the phone.

I am very much upset with the service of BSNL

The Beautiful add "Hindustan bool raha hai" should be changed to "Hindustan roo raha hai"

Does anybody listen to me?
