Bsnl landline and broad band

Sir, I have booked no.of complaints since 10 days for my Landline telephone No 0532 2644314 in which i am using broad band also. But i am sorry to inform you that the fault still remains as it is and due to noise, we are not able to use the lanline phone . although my billing will be done for entire month, for usage of B B and phone. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and set right the problem. Thanking you,
