BSNL Landline complete dead

Dear Sir,

I am having the BSNL Landline connection with Ph # 080-23622835 for past four years. The first time in the month of Nov my telephone was totally dead after repeated complaint and continoues followup to the custoemr care in Sahakarnagar coming under R.T.Nagar Exchange, the telephone connection was restored in month of January (i.e after 50 days of telephone being dead).

Again from 27th march the telephone is dead. I have reported the complaint on 1st April vide Docket#0019 to BSNL . I have personaklly visited several times to customer care at sahakarnagar, Bangalore and addressed my issues to the concerned. The reply from the officials concerned is very very lethargic and are not sure of problem which they say is cable cut will be resolved atleast in one months time. It is really very surprising that the BSNL is taking more than two months for any problem to be resolved. I kindly request you to take it up with the concered and ensure that the connection at my residence is restored immedately.
