Bsnl landline/broadband
Landline Basic Phone out of order for two months

I had taken a basic landline bsnl connection no. 2405868 (aligarh) specially for using broadband. Connection was taken last year in Oct but since then phone remains out of order for 10 to 15 days a month. I had complained repeatedly but without any use. Now my phone is out of order for last two months but who cares.
