BSNL Land Line
Line down for almost 6 months

Our home phone number (1894) 276-312 has been dead for last 6 months. BSNL has been sending the bill but never fixed the phone even after so many complaints.

It is so bad that now we don't even know who to complain..

If anybody has any idea, please advise.
