Excess wrong bill

I have bsnl land line telephone (02115-238290) my whole year monthy bill in around 250 but last bill are 3000, if i got detail statement there is showing all call are call to one tata indicome mobile, but cant ascept it i dont know this number, i said him plese check your system or connection they dont take care, they said we dont know that you need to pay it,

pls help me how can i got my real bill
