Snl broad band - during transfe

I have given request for my telephone transfer from yelahanka Ph: 28561129 on 8th Aug to Banaswadi. I got my new telephone connection (rather transfer of the phone only on 29th Nov). And also i have got the bill for the month of 29th Nov - 29th Nov.(ie for a day) as Rs1850/-.From the month of Aug there has been no use of Broad band also as the phone connection was not available.

Kindly provide proper feed back regarding this and rectify the same. I have been trying to contact BSNL since the day i got the bill. But i found no proper response from the BSNL.

Kindly rectify this issue..
