Phone dead from last six months

Sir,

i live in talla near chuari in himachal pradesh. i am using bsnl landline. but here from last six months wire is either stolen or broken in talla so our phone is dead from last six months and i m paying rent for the same. many people like me who are using same service are very much disappointed with service they are providing which is very poor. kindly help.
