Outgoing calls suspended

Outgoing calls from my land line has been suspended from 21st February. Announcement in the phone says that the bills are not paid. I have paid my bill on 17/02 as per Receipt No. TS-0086057. Kindly look into the matter since this has caused me lot of inconveniences and loss.
