Not working (Noise & Dead) for the past 3 months

Sir,

I have reported several times about the dead phone (over noise) of my residence (04651 - 209043) and haven't received any response on it

In spite of my several complaints reported, still no action was taken by the telecoms. If it continues no other way to complaint to court to get precise solution on this.
