BSNL Landline
Not response for landline connection

I applied before 8 to 10 month for BSNL landline connection but still today i cant get connection as well as satisfied answer from department.

when i gone there they told me please fill form and within few days you can get connection then after i gone there after few days they told me company not pass new connection or we had not sufficient men power for that or you sales our 10 connection etc.. I need bsnl broad band urgent but the office staff do not take it seriusly.

Please Help Me.
