BSNL Landline
Noise in phone since long

Sir, my landline phone no. 2356230 is so noisy that it is not possible to hear. The problem is continuing sinse last 4 months. I am lodging complaint on198 every 3rd day. Everyday at least 3times it is asked by BSNL if phone is o.k. Everytime my reply is NO it is still noisy. And THEY TREAT IT AS IT IS ALRIGHT. Again a fresh complaint is lodged. This can be verified from the computerised record of complaints. I am thinking to surrender it. I want my rental for the last 4 months back. V C MITAL 104 MANAS ENCLAVE, INDIRANAGAR, LUCKNOW
