Phone not working for close to 2 months

BSNL Landline 22520113 not working properly for 2 months now

The above referred landline of ours (22520113) has not been working properly since 2 months now. Even when it works, there is so much noise that we are unable to speak or hear what is being spoken to us.

We have registered complaints several times but till date the problem remains unsolved. We are forced to use only our mobile phones for making and receiving calls.

The response is appalling considering that Airtel, Tata Indicom etc. send their service staff the same day of a complaint and rectify the same.

We are unable to reach anyone responsible who can fix it and hence this complaint to you.

I request you to kindly look into this and arrange for an early solution to the problem.
