Cancallation of BSNL landline

I have got BSNL landline its not working from past 25 days the bill will generate in next 5 days so kindly cancel the landline we have complained more than 15 but no response from BSNL we have decided to cancel BSNL. Now we have new connection from AIRTEL

SO KINDLY CANCEL BSNL LANDLINE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
