FREQUENT DISCONNECTION OF LANDLINE

Dear Sir,

My landline no. is 0265- 2653759 and from last 1 n half months my phone is not working, in last 1 month only 2 days my landline no. was working then again it got disconnected. I have complaint many times but i have not received any response of your side. My complaint no. is 53642. Everytime i was told by your technicians that we will look after the matter. I am really fed up of this problem.

I request you to pls look after this problem seriously or pls disconnect my services after letting me know and give my deposit back. I am really not satisfied with your services.
