Land line dead for 15 days

The complaint on Land line registered No 1025 on 19th April is still un - rectified.. The land line number is 26728706. The siteman checked for connection default at the site and per him it is fine. The issue is at the exchange .. What ever is the case, there is no point in having a dead phone always.. this is the 4th time that the phone is dead for such a long duration...
